Aesthetics Go-to-Market Marketing & Business Development Manager – SkinCeuticals & skinbetter science (DMI) As a key member of L’Oréal’s Dermatological Beauty division, you will lead international launch strategies, bridge the home‑office team and local markets, and drive operational excellence across all international business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive international launch toolkits and onboarding processes to equip markets with assets, guidelines, and best practices.

Assist the International Business Development team in creating and refining sales tools, including prospecting presentations, medical sales aids, and business‑building templates for global markets.

Act as the central liaison between the DMI (International Marketing Department) and all international zones/countries for strategic and operational initiatives.

Foster cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Education, Medical, Retail, Creative, consumer & market research teams.

Identify, document, and disseminate best practices and market insights across international territories.

Advocate for the unique needs and perspectives of global markets within DMI strategic discussions.

Communicate and represent DMI’s strategic vision and initiatives to international zones and countries.

Develop and manage comprehensive global performance reporting, focusing on financial performance and country launch planning & tracking.

Assist in developing the strategic plan for the aesthetics brand’s growth and identify business opportunities across channels.

Lead the brand’s new product launch sizing process for international zones, coordinating closely with global supply, operations, and finance teams.

Serve as the key contact for global supply and operations teams, proactively managing innovation sizing, demand forecasting, and supply chain disruptions.

Manage the Brand Protection program for L’Oréal Aesthetic Brands to minimize international product diversion.

Required Competencies & Skills

Strong B2B & B2C commercial understanding, with experience in building stakeholder value across both business models.

Implementation mindset – ability to translate strategy into detailed, actionable steps.

Project management expertise, managing complex international projects from conception to completion.

Entrepreneurial & builder mindset – action‑oriented and willing to build from the ground up.

Cross‑functional collaboration skills across diverse teams and geographies.

Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

Problem‑solving ability to develop solutions and implement corrective actions in a dynamic international context.

Benefits

Salary range: $85,000 – $110,000 per year (subject to job‑related factors).
