The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Glendalough Manor’s brand presence, drive bookings, and highlight our events. This role involves both digital marketing and on‑site content creation, requiring a mix of creativity, strategy, and hands‑on execution. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Social media posts Digital and print advertisements Manage, maintain, and update all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, etc.) Develop monthly content calendars and engagement strategies Monitor analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly Assist with website updates as needed On‑Site Content Creation

Attend all major events (weddings, festivals, corporate gatherings, venue events) to: Capture high‑quality photo and video content Gather behind‑the‑scenes footage Create reels, highlight videos, and promotional materials Work closely with the operations team to identify key moments worth documenting Brand & Physical Marketing

Create and maintain physical marketing materials (signage, brochures, in‑venue displays) Assist in creating marketing materials for partner restaurants, sub‑brands, and special experiences at Glendalough Manor Ensure all content aligns with Glendalough Manor’s brand identity and tone Required Qualifications

Experience in social media management, marketing, content creation, or a related field Strong photography and videography skills Ability to edit photos and videos for polished, professional content Reliable transportation Comfortable working weekends and evenings, as most events occur during these times Excellent communication, timeliness, and organizational skills Must have

Personal computer capable of handling media editing Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field Experience in wedding or hospitality marketing Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar software Experience creating cohesive brand strategies and long‑term content plans What We’re Looking For
