We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and lead end‑to‑end marketing strategies for our Private Bank, focusing on high‑net‑worth individuals globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading our efforts to increase awareness and engagement for our telco plans

Ensuring our telco product is prominently represented across key industry forums

Understanding customer needs and how our core banking products function globally

Leveraging feedback loops and trends to extract data‑driven, actionable insights that inform product marketing strategy

Creating and owning the product marketing strategy across all channels for our core banking products

Designing impactful, data‑driven quarterly roadmaps to forecast, prioritise, and deliver creative projects that increase usage of Revolut as a main account

Leading the development and execution of effective launch strategies for Revolut’s core banking products

Crafting value propositions, formulating clear messaging, briefing creatives, and orchestrating launches across marketing channels and geographies

Developing solid cross‑functional relationships in a fast‑paced environment to effectively bring new products and campaigns to market

What You’ll Need

Highly creative with sharp strategic judgment, capable of ensuring that our product positioning matches the excellence of the product itself

A strong sense of ownership, taking full responsibility for this product and steward its success end‑to‑end

Experience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast‑paced environment, preferably in a hyper‑growth tech company

Passion for Revolut’s products and knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry

Experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go‑to‑market campaigns that require input from cross‑functional teams

To have been recognised for generating highly original ideas

The ability to set the standard for creative excellence while maintaining brand integrity

A solid track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels, including in‑product, digital, PR, and offline activations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to talk to anyone and work in an ever‑changing, high‑performance environment
