JOB SUMMARY We are now looking for a HIGH-ENERGY, knowledgeable, experienced, ambitious, self-starter seeking a long-term career. Your role will be critical to achieving our Annual Sales Budgets, enhancing client accounts, and determining the direction and growth of the business as a whole. At our Kitchen and Bath Design Center you are the front line of our business model, providing walk-in customers with the service and solutions they deserve. There will be daily interactions with most members of our team to solve immediate issues and help determine solutions to our growing needs. Your department will be a fast-paced customer-service driven team environment. This position is for a well-organized, creative person who is eager to create new business and provide outstanding customer service and follow-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets customers and determines their wants and needs
Works with clients to help them design their dream kitchen
Is proficient in 20/20
Quotes projects and closes sales
Accurately measures spaces for projects and designs
Accurately places and tracks orders
Always follows up in a timely manner with customers on all requests or concerns
Builds and maintains relationships with diversified customer base (homeowners, contractors, businesses, and industrial establishments)
Actively sells our products and services offered using professional techniques
Adds value to the products we offer, while continually providing complete customer satisfaction
Works through objections to complete the entire sales process, including service after the sale
QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a well-rounded customer service and design professional to help shape the future of our Kitchen/Tile & Cabinetry Sales Department. We work best with versatile people who can learn fast, think on their feet, and can quickly become competent in the way we currently do things so as to help us do them better.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience designing, quoting projects, and selling Kitchen projects.
Experience in achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction
Ability to consistently identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
Follow-Up and Follow-Through
Tireless Work Ethic and an overwhelming desire to "Win"
Common sense!
Punctuality, Responsibility, and Positive Energy
Excellent Communication, Organization, and People skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
Proficient in 20/20
