What You’ll Do
Conduct in‑depth visual research to inform high‑performing creative strategies. Execute a strategic creative testing process, including design and A/B testing of direct‑response creative elements. Plan creative concepts for every stage of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion. Create engaging, viral content that resonates on emotional and shareable levels. Optimize conversion levers by testing design enhancements to boost CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
Remote Note
We welcome remote applicants from any location, provided you can align at least 3–4 working hours daily with Singapore working hours (GMT+8).
How You’ll Succeed
Consistently achieve high click‑through rates and engagement ratios. Improve key conversion metrics and support sustained growth reflected in a favorable blended spend‑to‑ROAS ratio. Deliver ad concepts that exceed campaign standards with a high ad grade success rate.
What You Bring
5+ years in creative DTC advertising, A/B testing, with a focus on design over data. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video editing capabilities. Expertise in creative research, visual storytelling, and a strategic design approach. Solid grasp of digital platforms, performance metrics, and high‑standard design aesthetics. A passion for psychology, design, video, and content that translates into engaging, customer‑centric creatives. Actively engaged in industry trends, with a proactive approach to staying updated.
