We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping to shape our internal and external communications strategies. As a key member of our communications department, you will work closely with senior team members to develop content that engages our target audience, enhances our brand visibility, and promotes our organizational values.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and dissemination of internal and external communication materials.
Manage and update the company’s social media platforms on a daily basis.
Draft press releases, newsletters, and other written content as needed.
Support the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
