About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales and communications team with daily coordination and client follow-ups. Help prepare internal documentation, customer materials, and communication summaries. Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and help relay updates to ensure smooth campaign execution. Support the planning and coordination of in-person events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities. Assist with outreach efforts, including phone calls, in-person communication, and customer engagement activities. Provide general administrative support to the communications and sales teams as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to work on-site, collaborate with team members, and engage with customers face-to-face. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
