The Role
Support the overall team on a day‑to‑day basis.
Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients and a critical operational partner for many others.
Collaborate with Napkyn team members to support roughly 5‑10 media clients, understanding clients’ business issues and goals, and delivering marketing/media services.
Become a trusted “go‑to person” for clients, providing both strategic and technical guidance.
Support project management and innovation across the Media Solutions team, identifying process pain points that can be improved via better workflow and/or automation.
Assist the Media Team with billing and technical troubleshooting.
You Will Learn: Refine your programmatic/biddable media expertise while broadening your optimization expertise with Google’s omni‑channel media trading platforms and analytics tools, actively planning and launching campaigns across GMP.

Total Compensation:
Base Salary: $58,750 annualized ($28.25 hourly)
