Senior Interior Designer – Model Homes
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer for Model Homes with an award-winning Los Angeles-based interior design firm. You will lead and shape design projects and be responsible for all aspects of a project, from conceptual to installation.
If you are a self-starter, outgoing, and positive-minded individual, you will thrive in this small, collaborative firm, where everyone rolls up their sleeves to complete the project.
The ideal candidate offers a strong balance of design, project management, and people skills with a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and being a team player.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in model home interior design
Strong organizational skills
Ability to travel to various out-of-state job sites for presentations, installations, and client meetings.
Senior-level skills in concept development, space planning, color, materials, and furnishings selections, art and accessories, custom fabrication, and specification packages, including millwork and tile detailing.
Ability to run and manage installation on-site.
