Greet customers, complete service write-ups, and document concerns clearly, communicate estimates, timelines, warranty/recall info, and service updates
$55,000 – $70,000 per year, higher earning potential for experienced candidates!

Responsibilities
Greet customers, complete service write-ups, and document concerns clearly
Communicate estimates, timelines, warranty/recall info, and service updates
Enter Repair Orders, assign work, and manage workflow in our DMS/CRM
Recommend additional services, parts, and accessories when appropriate
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate, timely service
Verify parts availability and assist with internal repairs
Process warranty claims, payments, and manage a personal cash drawer
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow dealership processes
Requirements
Experience in customer service, sales, automotive, powersports, or motorcycle service advising
Strong communication skills and comfort using DMS/CRM systems
Passion for motorcycles (M endorsement required or must obtain within 30 days)
Ability to lift 40 lbs. and work in a shop environment with exposure to battery acid, gasoline, cleaning chemicals, and exhaust fumes
Weekend availability as needed
