Our client's Internal Creative Studio and Brand Marketing Communications (MarCom) team is seeking a highly proactive, strategic Marketing Communications Program Manager to lead marketing and creative initiatives across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional project management - we need a partner who can lead cross-functional project teams, influence stakeholders, uphold best-in-class processes, and help elevate the brand and marketing maturity across global teams.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day marketing and creative projects, supporting deliverables across product, event, and demand-generation needs.

Lead cross-functional project teams of 4-8+ contributors across product marketing, brand strategy, creative, content, development, and web/UX.

Drive tactical marketing needs across collateral updates, sales enablement materials, web content updates, email development, web banners, social assets, digital kits, and multimedia production (videos, digital signage, brochures, flyers, and related content).

Ensure smooth progression of all projects through intake, resourcing, execution, QA, delivery, and optimization, using Workfront (or similar tools) for schedules, workflows, resources, and reporting.

Partner with operations leadership to assign resources and maintain balanced workloads.

Serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, aligning projects with business goals and go-to-market plans.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, guiding them toward clearer planning, stronger objectives, and alignment with priorities while championing clarity, efficiency, and proactive partnership.

Maintain a confident, solutions-oriented presence when navigating organizational changes and advocating for team priorities.

Who You Are

A program manager with marketing, creative, and brand experience (agency background highly preferred).

Experienced in shepherding projects from concept through completion across creative, digital and web.

An expert multitasker who can balance competing priorities while maintaining quality and momentum.

Proactive, organized, adaptable, and committed to elevating processes rather than reacting to chaos.

A communicator who leads with clarity, empathy, and diplomacy, even in high-visibility or high-pressure situations.

What You Bring

3+ years in program or project management within marketing, creative services, brand, or digital teams.

Experience managing multi-disciplinary creative and marketing teams.

Strong understanding of creative production, content lifecycle, digital asset development, and go-to-market processes.

Consistent accuracy in project schedules and trackers, and clear preparation of meeting agendas, recaps, and status reports.

Proficiency with Workfront or similar PM platforms (Asana, Wrike, Monday, Jira).

Strong resource management and workflow optimization skills.

Background in agency, in-house creative studio, or similar client-services environment.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting global product launches or scientific/technical marketing.

Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS publishing, and UX processes.

Ability to stay aligned with Pacific Time business hours.
