The Marketing Content Manager supports the development and execution of content strategies that enhance MB2 Dental’s brand presence across SEO, social media, and podcasts. This role combines creativity with strategy, helping to tell MB2’s story through consistent, engaging, and search-optimized content.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and organizer who enjoys collaborating across teams. They’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to align content with creative campaigns and broader communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
Assist in developing and executing content strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and growth across web, blog, social media, and podcast channels
Write and edit SEO-friendly content for blogs, website pages, and marketing materials
Partner with the Social Media Manager to align content strategy with creative and campaign initiatives
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on key communications projects and internal content planning
Support the development and coordination of podcast content strategy , including brainstorming topics, preparing outlines, and coordinating production and distribution
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written and digital content
SEO & AEO Optimization
Conduct keyword research and content performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
Optimize existing and new content for SEO and AnswerEngine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility in search results, featured snippets, and voice search
Collaborate with web and SEO teams to ensure content best practices are implemented across sites
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on key content metrics such as organic traffic, engagement, and conversions
Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance and audience engagement continuously
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or digital marketing
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an understanding of brand voice and tone
Foundational knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices
Experience managing or contributing to multi-channel content (SEO, social, podcasting, internal communications)
Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across teams (social, creative, leadership)
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location industries is a plus, but not required
