Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished long-and short-form content for our social media and YouTube. You'll work closely with the Video Director to tell stories that align with the mission and values of
RealFaith.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Review and organize raw footage; select best clips for storytelling
• Create rough and final cuts; ensure smooth pacing, continuity, and logical flow
• Incorporate sound design, music, dialogue, graphics, titles, effects and color grading
• Collaborate with the Video Director to align edits with vision
• Present cuts for feedback; make revisions as needed
• Stay current with editing software, trends, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient in editing software: Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Strong storytelling, timing, continuity, and visual pacing sense
• Understanding of sound mixing and color grading
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
