We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager at our San Francisco office.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person role for a Social Media Marketing Manager who understands how to create content with purpose and translate data into strategy. You’ll oversee our presence across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, manage influencer partnerships, and guide the overall social narrative of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of short-form video content (concepting, scripting, shooting, editing) with an eye for trends and platform-native storytelling.
• Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that drive growth, engagement, and retention across all social channels.
• Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, creative alignment, deliverables, and performance review.
• Represent the brand directly by engaging with our community in a way that feels human and consistent.
• Monitor channel performance, analyze insights, and adjust strategy based on what’s resonating and what’s falling flat.
• Establish and evolve the brand voice across platforms, ensuring consistency and adaptability.
• Maintain an organized content pipeline, ensuring steady distribution and timely execution of campaigns.
