MULTIMEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capture photos and b-roll at all RailCats games and events
- Create in-game social media content
- Upload and organize content into digital asset management platform
- Produce highlight reels and promotional videos and graphics
- Assist with mascot appearances and other off-site events
- Assist in executing in-game entertainment and promotions
- Assist in executing entertainment and giveaways
- Assist with pocket schedule distribution
- Other duties as assigned

- Creativity and motivation - we want you to create and execute social media. Take initiative with fun and exciting activities
- Comfortability interacting with players and fans - setting up interviews with players, doing fun skits, capturing fan experiences during the game is a must
- Organizational skills - you will be given a certain number of tasks a week to complete. All photos and videos must also be organized as we are working in a group
- Be excited to work in a professional sports environment
- Fan and community engagement (mascot appearances, pocket schedule delivery, etc)
- Assist with stadium cleanliness
- Special events
- Assist with all tarp pulls - which may include non-game days, weekends and or holidays
- Graphic design experience required
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Premiere) - Canva will not be accepted in this position
- Video editing/motion graphic experience preferred
- Undergraduate (preferably junior or senior) or graduate student attending accredited university
- Must be able to earn college credit for internship-no exceptions
- Must be able to commit to work the entire internship period from start to finish
- Willingness and ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time
- Highly motivated with strong work ethic
- Passion for sports and strong desire to work in a team environment
COMPENSATION: $750 per month
