Position Responsibilities

  • Manage photo and video shoots from initiation to completion, ensuring everything stays organized and on schedule.

  • Coordinate schedules, book models, and ensure that all necessary products or props are prepared punctually.

  • Communicate effectively with various teams via phone and email to keep projects progressing smoothly.

  • Transport products between our corporate office and studio as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a Photography studio or corporate advertising/communications is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management and workflow systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
