About the Role

Are you a strategic, detail-loving creative project manager who thrives in a fast?paced, highly collaborative environment? In this key role, youll oversee the flow of creative workensuring priorities, resources, and timelines all align to produce outstanding, on?brand results. Youll be the hub between strategy, creative, and productionbalancing leadership, organization, and problem?solving to help bring big ideas to life, all working in Workfront with a great team.

What Youll Do

• Oversee and optimize creative resourcing across multiple marketing functions to ensure the right priorities get the right attention.
• Manage large?scale, cross?functional creative projectsfrom day?to?day execution to enterprise?wide initiatives and product launches.
• Lead onboarding, training, and best practices for the project management platform (Workfront).
• Partner with marketing leadership to define scopes, objectives, and resource needs for key campaigns.
• Build and refine creative workflows to improve quality, speed, and collaboration.
• Forecast challenges, proactively resolve issues, and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Manage project documentation, meetings, approvals, and reporting to keep everything running smoothly.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and uphold creative excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree and 810 years of project management experience in creative or marketing environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Workfront (administrative rights preferred) and strong experience managing multiple complex initiatives.
• Deep understanding of creative processes across print, digital, photo, and video.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross?functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem?solving skills.
• A strategic mindset with a passion for improving processes, enabling great work, and delivering results.
• Collaborative, flexible, and self?motivated with strong stakeholder management abilities.
