Job Description:
- Demonstrate technical experience.
- Relevant engineering certifications focusing on audio-visual and conference room equipment such as Microsoft Surface HUB and PolyCom.
- CTS Certification.
- Implementing audio-visual solutions for conference rooms and situation rooms.
- Supporting Teams and Zoom collaboration technologies.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Project management.
- Vendor management.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
- Service-Now
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
