Required
- Provide support for multimedia presentation, including video-streaming, web-conferencing, video-conferencing, audio-conferencing and other technologies.
- Well versed in Dante (digital audio network through ethernet), Cameras, Video Switching or Audio.
- Assist with preventative maintenance, including testing and upgrades of software / firmware for audio and video conferencing equipment.
- Perform tests and diagnosis individually and with service technicians to isolate and determine defects and problems on AV and videoconferencing equipment and rack systems.
- Provide support for multimedia presentations and other presentation needs.
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing AV Rack System and stand-alone equipment with Service Technicians to isolate defects and malfunctions.
- Assist with development and coordination of new AV capital projects.
- Need to be able to work flexible/evening hours as needed.
