Graphics Designer

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in crafting high-quality visual content across digital and traditional media. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in design tools but also has a strong sense of layout, aesthetics, and brand consistency. This is a foundational role with growth potential into a more senior or lead design capacity as the company scales. Key Responsibilities Design marketing assets (e.g., promotional graphics, branding materials). Create static designs primarily (motion graphics are nice-to-haves but not essential). Support UI elements within web/app designs, in collaboration with the UI/UX designer. Develop traditional design assets, including user manuals and printable materials. Maintain and expand the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints. Support A/B testing efforts by designing multiple landing page variants in coordination with marketing and CRO goals. Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or e-commerce environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma is a strong plus. Ability to produce clean, grid-based, aesthetically balanced layouts. Solid portfolio showcasing a range of work, including marketing materials, branding assets, and product graphics. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while aligning with cross-functional goals. Preferred but Not Required Experience working with international marketing teams. Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus but not required. Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Tools You May Use Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred) Figma (Nice-to-Have) Canva (For quick internal drafts, not primary tool) Performance Expectations (First 90 Days) 30 Days: Create and align on initial design assets using existing brand guidelines. 60 Days: Deliver campaign materials, contribute to promo content. 90 Days: Fully integrated into team workflows, possibly beginning to own entire marketing initiatives or design directions.
