Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Paid Media Coordinator with a major corporation in New York City.

On-site 3 days a week (need to be flex w schedule) New York, NY, 10013 and 2 days Remote.

Description:
As a Paid Media Coordinator on the Growth Marketing Platforms, you'll support the strategy and execution of innovative, emerging media initiatives across paid media channels such as programmatic CTV and digital audio.

You'll gain exposure to campaign setup, trafficking, reporting, and optimization within demand-side platforms (DSPs) while contributing to test-and-learn initiatives that advance our paid media innovation agenda.

This role is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of Programmatic, Paid Media, or Ad Operations experience who's eager to build foundational skills in programmatic media buying and data-driven marketing.
  • Assist in campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing across major programmatic platforms and partners for CTV and digital audio performance campaigns.
  • Support campaign management workflows: creative trafficking, audience setup, flighting, and reporting.
  • Monitor delivery and performance, surfacing pacing or tracking issues to senior team members.
  • Pull campaign performance data for optimization analysis and post-campaign reporting.
  • Partner with the team and external vendors to execute pilot campaigns and emerging channel tests.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and documentation to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stay current on new DSP capabilities, ad formats, and targeting innovations within the programmatic landscape.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Excellent Excel skills - create and update spreadsheets and exp working with Pivot Tables or VLookup exp- Also used for reporting marketing campaigns - pull results - analytical skills - data assessments - handle budgets
  • 0-2 years of experience in media buying, planning, or campaign management (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on keyboard experience with DSPs (DV360, Yahoo DSP, or Amazon DSP) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with key digital media metrics (CPM, CTR, completion rate*** CPA, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive learner.
  • Strong interest in programmatic advertising, CTV, and emerging media channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prefer Candidates that have Agency exp, from one the following agencies; Publicis Media, Omnicom, IPG Mediabrands.
  • Prev Paid Media or Programmatic exp
  • They would like to meet candidates that are Entry level - they may be the ideal candidate. They would also like to see candidates that have worked-gained exp in a 3-6 month internship. This is not a Typical Marketing Role and your expected to Create structure
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
