Traditions Health Hospice is hiring: Volunteer Photographer for Hospice (As-Need

Are you passionate about capturing meaningful moments through photography? Join our hospice team as a Volunteer Photographer and use your talent to bring comfort and lasting memories to families during one of the most meaningful times of life.

Our volunteers play a vital role in helping preserve the memories of loved ones by providing compassionate photography services. Whether it’s a bedside portrait, a family gathering, or a quiet moment of connection, your work can help tell a story of love, dignity, and peace.

Responsibilities:

• Capture professional-quality images of patients and their families upon request
• Maintain sensitivity, respect, and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with hospice staff to schedule and plan photo sessions
• Edit and deliver high-resolution digital images to families in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and hospice policies

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and sensitively in emotionally delicate environments
• Availability on an as-needed basis (flexible schedule)
• Must pass a background check and complete hospice volunteer training

Photography Experience:

We welcome all levels of photography experience—from enthusiastic hobbyists to seasoned professionals. What matters most is your heart and your eye for meaningful moments.

Please Note: Volunteers must have their own camera equipment and be able to edit and deliver images in a timely manner to the families we serve.
