Position: Photo & Video Services Specialist (On-site, Nashville, TN)
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Salary: $22 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Photo & Video Services Specialist to join a dynamic agency specializing in travel and tourism. This role requires an individual who is experienced in producing high-quality photo and video content for marketing, social media, public relations, and tourism development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and execute photos and videos on location for a variety of projects, including marketing, social media, PR campaigns, live event documentation, and partner/customer testimonials.
• Edit and produce digital assets, including videos and graphics, in line with client brand standards.
• Manage all technical aspects of video recording, editing, and production.
• Maintain multimedia archives, libraries, and ensure equipment is in good working condition.Salary: $33 per hour (W2)

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Deep understanding of timing, motivation, and continuity in video production.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing techniques.

Nice to Have:

• Creative mindset with flexibility in producing unique content.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
