Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Job Description:
- At least 2 years' experience in creating documentation or training for engineers, administrators, IT professionals, or other highly technical audiences.
- Knowledge of SAP on-premise and cloud solutions? Knowledge of modelling tools such as Signavio, draw.io , Microsoft Visio
- Knowledge of SAP on-premise and cloud solutions? Knowledge of Cloud computing and cloud infrastructure fundamentals will be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products e.g. PowerPoint
- Should have structured approach to problem resolution
- Ability to work in multiple parallel assignments
- Knowledge of SAP Modelling standards such as TAM (Technical architecture modelling) will be a plus
