Description

Report to the Director of Media Production, Executive Board, and Chief of Staff
Maintain a schedule of consistent office hours.
Must be able to provide own videography equipment for assignments.
Responsible for producing and editing videos for SA's archive, marketing and promotional efforts, and other videos as needed.
Responsible for post-production processes including editing content and creating a final product for distribution.
Provide SA, SA's departments, and SA-recognized clubs with videographer services at events upon assignment.
Coordinate with the Media and Marketing Director to ensure that videos taken by request of a specific club are accessible via the SA Media and Marketing systems within a consistent timeframe.
Ensure that all media created and edited is uploaded and archived in the SA Media and Marketing storage systems for future reference and use.
Attend all regularly scheduled departmental meetings organized by the Media and Marketing Director
Attend all applicable staff meetings, trainings, and activities, as well as completing any necessary preparatory tasks in advance of those meetings.
Complete additional tasks at the direction of the Executive Board, Chief of Staff, and Media and Marketing Director.
Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting SA's commitment to the student body, and refrain from actions that would reflect poorly on the organization.
Review own timesheet on a weekly basis and submit necessary corrections, to allow payroll to be processed in a timely manner.
Maintain a strict policy of viewpoint neutrality, providing no club or organization an advantage over any other.
Check email at least daily.

Requirements

Must be an Undergraduate University at Buffalo Student.
