Bloomington, MN Bloomington, MN 55438, USA Pay or shift range: $60,000 USD to $68,000 USD Flagg Bicycle Group (Quality Bicycle Products, Workstand, Wheel Mfg and Terry Precision Cycling) approaches pay in an ethical and transparent way. Pay ranges are assigned to a job based on market data from 3rd party salary benchmark data as well as balancing internal equity of other roles with similar levels of responsibility. Individual pay within the range can vary for several reasons including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, tenure, performance, and available budget. Description The ideal candidate will be in the Twin Cities Metro area with the ability to work onsite as needed at the Bloomington Q-Central office 3 days a week. The Marketing Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of QBP’s B2B marketing initiatives, helping bring campaigns, promotions, and communications to life. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their skills in digital marketing and analytics. What you will be accountable for: Campaign Support (40%) Partner with stakeholders to shape email campaign content, layout, and messaging. Assist in the development of digital advertising assets. Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and asset organization. Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and promotional updates. Manage QBP’s social media channels by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining consistent brand voice across platforms Content & Creative Coordination (15%) Assist in writing, proofreading, and editing marketing copy. Partner with design and digital teams to ensure assets are visually consistent and brand-aligned. Update content across digital channels including QBP.com and dealer communications. Analytics & Optimization (25%) Track campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Support testing and optimization efforts across email and web campaigns. Contribute ideas to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Work closely with the Marketing Manager, category management, and sales teams. Ensure campaign assets meet deadlines and align with business priorities. Participate in team brainstorming and creative sessions. What you need to succeed: Required Qualifications 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or digital marketing. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Interest in the bicycle, outdoor, or sustainability industries. Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative marketing team. Other related criteria Physical Requirements Ability to perform work on a phone and computer extensively Occasionally support events which may include setup and tear down. These tasks would include carrying up to 25 lbs.
