Backyard Breaks is looking for an energetic, on-camera Co-Pilot to help bring our live sports card breaks to life across multiple platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, ideal for someone who loves sports, enjoys being on camera, and thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment.
As a Co-Pilot, you'll support our lead hosts in real time-showcasing sports cards, engaging with viewers, and helping drive excitement throughout every livestream. You'll step into a lively, high-energy studio where teamwork, personality, and passion fuel every stream.
What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Assist in hosting and creating engaging live content across platforms like Whatnot and others
- Showcase sports cards and interact with viewers in real time to maintain an exciting atmosphere
- Collaborate with the lead host to plan, organize, and execute top-tier livestream events
- Maintain high energy and entertain audiences throughout each stream
- Build your personal brand while representing Backyard Breaks' values and voice
- Stay current on sports card trends and contribute ideas to improve livestream quality
- Provide excellent customer service by answering viewer questions and managing chat engagement
- Support promotion of upcoming livestreams via social media and other channels
- Take direction and feedback from management to elevate content and performance
- Passion for sports and/or sports cards, with a willingness to learn the hobby
- Confidence on camera and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask during fast-paced livestreams
- Energetic, engaging personality with stamina for extended on-camera time
- Excellent real-time viewer interaction and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on livestream schedules
- Ability to take direction, adapt quickly, and continuously improve
