PARKERS WAY FOUNDATION is hiring: Photgrapher/Videographer Needed for a Non-Prof

Parker’s Way Foundation is holding its Annual Cookies with Santa and Toy Giveaway, a joyful, inclusive holiday celebration designed especially for autistic children, their siblings, and families in our community. With Santa photos, catered food, activity stations, a sensory-friendly space, and a fully decorated toy giveaway room, this event brings holiday magic to families who often feel overlooked during the season.

We are seeking a skilled volunteer photographer and/or videographer to help us capture the heart and spirit of this event for future storytelling, marketing, and donor engagement.

📸 Volunteer Role: Videographer/Photographer

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos of:
  • Santa & family interactions
  • Kids participating in activity stations
  • Toy giveaway moments and reactions
  • Event décor, volunteers, and the overall atmosphere
• Capture short video clips for:
  • Social media
  • Website highlights
  • Future Giving Tuesday and fundraising campaigns
• Deliver edited or lightly retouched photos/videos within 5–7 days (flexible)
• Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to ensure coverage of key moments

⭐ Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

• Experienced with DSLR, mirrorless, or professional-level equipment
• Skilled in natural light and indoor photography
• Comfortable working around children and families
• Able to capture candid, emotional, joyful moments
• Friendly, patient, and aligned with our mission of autism inclusion
• Creative, reliable, and able to work independently

Experience with event photography or short-form video creation (Reels/TikTok-style) is a plus!

🕐 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM (includes setup, shooting during event, and wrap-up)
