Assist with creating, editing, and publishing website pages, blog posts, and landing pages in Shopify.
Help update promotional content, banners, and product information to reflect current campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure web content follows brand standards and is visually consistent across mobile and desktop platforms.
Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams to apply basic SEO practices, such as keyword tagging and updating meta descriptions.
Upload and organize images, videos, and other digital assets in Shopify in collaboration with the Creative team.
Track basic site metrics and content performance using Shopify reports and Google tools to flag potential updates.
Help prepare content for testing or user experience improvements under the direction of senior team members.
Assist with website-related tasks for international distributors, including file sharing and basic updates for regional Shopify sites.
Provide general administrative support such as maintaining tracking links (UTMs), submitting invoices, and keeping records of updates.
Support planning and coordination of select marketing campaigns and promotions across digital channels.
Stay up to date on content trends and tools to support continued learning and team knowledge-sharing.
Education and Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Two to three years of experience as a Website Content Coordinator or similar position.
Demonstrated abilities in Shopify CMS and Google Analytics, or similar.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and e-commerce best practices.
Google Analytics certifications are strongly preferred.
Experience working in a Project Management Software environment like Monday.com or Asana is strongly preferred.
This is an office hourly, full on-site position located in Bradford, PA
