Your Next Role
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll lead the development of high‑converting, performance‑driven assets for our DTC supplements brand, targeting mainly females aged 35‑65. Your work will span multiple platforms, delivering static ads, short‑form videos, landing pages, and more, with a clear focus on customer acquisition and brand aesthetics.
Remote Work: Applicants from any location are welcome, provided you can align 3–4 working hours daily with Singapore (GMT+8).
What You’ll Do
Conduct In‑Depth Visual Research
- Dive into market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights using forums, social media, Google Trends, and ad‑spy tools.
- Distill findings to inform innovative, high‑performing creative strategies that resonate with our target demographic.
Execute a Strategic Creative Testing Process
- Implement top‑performing direct‑response creative elements, including formats, hooks, and angles.
- Develop and test new concepts, segment production schedules, optimise successful elements, and continuously introduce fresh ideas.
- Collaborate across teams to refine and scale high‑performing concepts.
Plan for Every Stage of the Customer Journey
- Design creatives tailored to each journey stage, from ToFu awareness to BoFu conversion.
- Craft concepts that resonate at each stage, such as pain‑point‑driven content, UGC testimonials, and objection‑handling.
Create Engaging, Viral Content
- Develop ads with a strong emphasis on emotional engagement, using top‑of‑mind awareness strategies.
- Identify emerging trends and integrate them into static and video content to drive brand visibility and emotional connection.
Optimize Conversion Levers
- Identify and address bottlenecks within the sales funnel with design enhancements.
- Conduct A/B testing on key design elements (CTAs, proof points, pricing tables) to improve conversion and user experience.
How You’ll Succeed
- Consistently achieve high click‑through rates (CTR) and engagement ratios.
- Improve key conversion metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV) through thoughtful A/B testing and design enhancements.
- Deliver ad concepts that meet or exceed campaign standards, maintaining a high ad grade success rate.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in creative DTC advertising, A/B testing, focused on design over data.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing capabilities that enhance user experience and conversions.
- Expertise in creative research, visual storytelling, and strategic design aligned with marketing goals.
- Solid grasp of digital platforms and performance metrics, with a high standard for design aesthetics.
- A passion for psychology, design, video, and content that translates into engaging, customer‑centric creatives.
- Active engagement in industry trends and a proactive approach to staying updated.
