Senior Designer, Visual Systems & Motion

Base Pay Range
$64.00/hr - $74.00/hr. The range is presented as the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Pay within the range is based on location, work experience, and related education or training.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality executive presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate closely with product and creative leadership to elevate narratives, simplify complex information, and ensure conceptual clarity.
• Apply established brand guidelines intelligently—knowing when to adapt or diverge to strengthen message impact.
• Develop motion graphics and animated sequences using After Effects to enhance storytelling and engagement when needed.
• Craft succinct headlines, taglines, and slide copy that maximize comprehension.
• Translate verbal or written briefs into cohesive, visually consistent stories with strong storytelling, flow, and pacing.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in presentation, visual, or motion design, ideally supporting executive or strategic communications.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Demonstrated ability to produce polished motion sequences that enhance narrative storytelling.
• Strong sense of typography, hierarchy, and visual composition.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, including ability to synthesize and rewrite content for clarity.
• Experience collaborating with product, strategy, and creative teams on high‑visibility initiatives.
