Senior PR Manager
Hybrid Based in Austin, Texas
Seeking an experienced Senior PR Manager to join our innovative SEO + Digital PR team. You'll lead creative, data-driven PR campaigns that earn high-quality press coverage and backlinks, boosting visibility across search engines and emerging platforms like ChatGPT.
We're looking for strategic, proactive problem solvers eager to own projects, deliver results, and grow with a fast-scaling digital performance agency. You'll also expand your expertise in SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PR and link-building strategies that enhance client visibility in both search engines and LLMs.
- Build and manage media relationships to secure consistent, high-quality press coverage.
- Pitch content and guide team members to achieve impactful media placements.
- Collaborate with SEO teams on content creation, strategy, and performance reporting.
- Analyze web and SEO data (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs) to refine digital PR tactics.
- Present performance reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, PR, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional PR experience (agency preferred).
- 1+ year of management experience.
- Proven success in pitching and securing top-tier media coverage.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with analytics (GA4) and PR tools (MuckRack, Cision, Meltwater).
- SEO experience or familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz is a plus.
