Grungo Law, a rapidly growing personal injury firm based in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Legal Research & Writing Attorney to join our team. If you love the challenge of deep legal analysis and persuasive writing - but prefer to stay out of the courtroom - this position is built for you.
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth legal research for New Jersey and Pennsylvania personal injury matters (motor vehicle, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and more)
• Draft and refine motions, oppositions, memoranda, and appellate briefs
• Analyze case law, deposition transcripts, and expert reports
• Prepare written materials for mediation, arbitration, and trial support
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure consistent tone, quality, and strategy across all filings
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor and license to practice law in New Jersey (PA license a plus)
• Experience with PA pleadings, filings, and procedures preferred
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under deadlines
