Kforce Inc is hiring: Senior UX Researcher in New York

Base Pay Range

$70.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product and business teams to identify research topics
• Act as a thought leader in the domain of research, while advocating for the people who could use our products
• Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods
• Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
• Effectively manage and prioritize research plans through ambiguous and fast-changing environments, align and efficiently execute critical insights and work with a large group of stakeholders
• Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and interesting ways
• Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketing
• Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs

Requirements

• 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with leadership
• 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization
• Experience in conducting research on enterprise/B2B products
• Ability to design and execute high-quality quantitative studies in understanding user behavior and measuring the user experience at scale
• Ability to transform findings and data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executives and cross‑functional partners
• Proven track record of leveraging UX research to inform strategic decision‑making, convey strategic concepts, facilitate understanding, and shape product strategy

Pay & Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Salary may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
