As an Entry Level Communications Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our communications and public relations efforts by assisting with various projects aimed at enhancing our brand visibility and fostering positive relationships with different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns. Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and websites. Conduct research to support communication initiatives and gather insights on audience engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with brand goals. Help manage the organization's social media accounts, including posting and responding to inquiries. Assist with organizing events, webinars, and other outreach activities to promote the organization's mission. Monitor media coverage and prepare weekly reports on communication efforts and audience interaction. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage tasks. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or content management systems is a plus.
