Compensation:
$70K-$80K base salary +
uncapped commissions (4-6% of gross margin)
- making six figures well within reach for a motivated sales professional.

The Opportunity
As a
Landscape Sales Designer , you'll transform residential clients' visions into breathtaking outdoor realities. You'll guide each project from concept to completion - from the first design consultation to the final walkthrough.
Projects range from
$30K to $350K+ , including landscapes, hardscapes, pools, fire features, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, lighting, and irrigation. With
annual sales goals of $1M-$1.5M , this role rewards drive, creativity, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities Qualify and nurture leads:
Quickly engage company-generated leads to identify opportunities and build rapport. Collaborate with clients:
Define project goals, budgets, and timelines while cultivating lasting relationships. Design and present proposals:
Develop creative, detailed designs using tools like SketchUp and craft persuasive proposals and accurate estimates. Manage your pipeline:
Maintain active communication and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless progress from lead to close. Project handoff and follow-through:
Transition projects smoothly to production, conduct weekly site visits, and manage significant change orders. Qualifications
Degree in
Landscape Design, Architecture , or a related field. 5+ years
of experience designing and selling residential outdoor living projects. Skilled in design software such as
AutoCAD, Lumion, Land F/X, or SketchUp . Strong plant and material knowledge, with experience preparing detailed estimates and scopes of work.Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
