Instructional Systems Design Specialist (Mid)
to join our team of passionate individuals in
Quantico, VA . In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the Nation’s security and intelligence mission. This position with Amentum supports Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA). The JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced CI training to DoD personnel. You will witness the impact of your work delivering its unique CI curriculum including providing experiential-based, DoD CI training and professional development in support of DoD training requirements. Responsibilities: •
Applies ISD knowledge and experience to develop in-classroom instructional materials and methods including, but not limited to training plans, storyboards, narrative scripts, graphics, tests and evaluation methods, and scenarios. •
Assists with identifying and creating instructional material to address field-driven performance shortfalls and client training needs. •
Is knowledgeable of and adheres to standards set by the Council on Occupational Education as well as DoD instructional systems design methodology. • Supports course documentation including, but not limited to the course design document, instructor/facilitator and student guides, course syllabus, practical exercises, assessments, and related materials.
