(Descript/Audition): remove ums/noise, level voices, add intro/outro, export show mix + short social clips. Video editing / short-form reels

(CapCut/Premiere/Descript): cut 15–60s stories with captions; format for IG/FB/YouTube. Transcription + accessibility : generate transcripts,

fix captions , write accurate

for thumbnails and stills. Graphic design (Canva) : create episode covers, quote cards, event promos; use provided brand kit. Social posting & community replies : schedule posts, write 1–2 sentence captions with hashtags, respond to basic comments (scripts provided). Descript/CapCut/Canva

(or eager to learn). Following a checklist; handing off files in tidy folders. Accessibility basics (you’ll get a mini-training): readable captions, plain-language alt-text.
