Responsibilities
Maintain a strong work ethic with a full commitment to success every day Make outbound or inbound calls to leads from provided lists Track leads accurately Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn. Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

Basic communication skills: written, verbal, and listening Dedication to customer service Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads. Professional and courteous telephone manner.
