Job Responsibilities:
Pre-Season (March)
Participate in Northwoods League (NWL) training, certification, and teleconferences as it relates to NWL's Videocast platform as needed Participate in Video Board training with both Bucks and Cedar Rapids Kernels
Will require occasional trips to Cedar Rapids to view/participate/observe in in-game video board production & management
Assist in equipment check with NWL as needed Act as liaison between General Manager and NWL as needed
In-Season (May 15-August 25)
Manage and train Video Production Interns and Camera Operators Training will consist of NWL Videocast Certification, camera operation, etc. Schedule all Videocast Directors and Camera Operators
Communicate scheduling and hours worked with General Manager
Attend all Waterloo Bucks home games and work as the Video Board Operator and have oversight of the NWLTV broadcast Properly maintain equipment throughout season Elevate in-game Video Board operations and promotions Act as liaison between General Manager and NWL Assist staff with post-season tear-down and equipment check
Other Duties as Assigned Misc.:
Maintain Following In-Season Hours May 15 - Opening Day
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday Will also include various high school games that will serve as opportunity to practice both Video Board and Videocast operations with staff outside of the 9am-5pm hours and may require weekend work
Bucks Home Games starting Opening Day Start at least six hours prior to first pitch & work through end of game, including post-game tear-down and post-game production meeting As season progresses, start time may be pushed back based on staff's familiarity with operations and production Various side projects as needed to benefit the Bucks
