Job Description & Responsibilities : • Partner with Sales teams to provide digital signing capabilities for high-net-worth clients • Work cooperatively and professionally to provide excellent service to our clients and internal stakeholders • Ensure the accurate distribution of sensitive materials electronically • Monitor your workflow for potential risk and escalate issues appropriately • Maintain an awareness of and act in accordance with team goals and Firm policies
Skills & Qualifications : • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work proactively with all levels including Sales and Clients • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, as appropriate • Strong control focus and attention to detail • Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and communicate them clearly and concisely
