Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and graduate marketing courses (Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Promotion, Professional Selling, and electives) Sustain an active research agenda with peer-reviewed outcomes appropriate for AACSB accreditation Contribute to curriculum development, Assurance of Learning, and accreditation reporting (AACSB, HLC, OSRHE) Supervise experiential learning projects, internships, client-based work, and student organizations such as AMA Support student advising, recruiting events, and community engagement Collaborate with regional industry partners to enhance applied learning opportunities Use technology and LMS platforms to deliver high-quality, student-centered instruction
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate in Marketing or closely related field from an AACSB-accredited (or equivalent) institution (ABD considered if completed before start date) Evidence of university-level teaching effectiveness Demonstrated potential for scholarly productivity Ability to teach across multiple subfields of marketing Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Completed doctorate by start date Professional or consulting experience in marketing, analytics, or digital strategy Established or emerging research pipeline Experience with Assurance of Learning and accreditation processes Experience with experiential learning and industry partnerships Teaching experience across modalities (in-person, hybrid, online)
