We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services. Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information. Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm. Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions. Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards. Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software. Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads. Professional and courteous telephone manner. Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency's growth. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
