Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for an Instructional Designer for their Remote location.

Responsibilities: Design effective training programs to help salespeople develop new skills and improve their performance, ultimately driving business success. This role will partner closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and create learning experiences that drive confidence, product knowledge, and selling effectiveness.

Requirements:

Experience creating storyboards, scripts and course content in a variety of formats. Demonstrated ability to design high-end training solutions aligned with sales goals, product launches, and performance metrics, utilizing industry best practices for course design and delivery. Experience with instructional design tools such as Captivate, Articulate or Vyond. Excellent oral and written communication skills with emphasis on presentation of material. Ability to create learning events that fill organizational knowledge gaps based on needs assessments. Ability to collaborate with business partners and existing resources to develop a solid understanding of business procedures and operations; develop a wide range of training materials and other performance support tools. Demonstrated ability to develop sales training curriculum Familiarity with CRM systems Knowledge of health care, insurance, or regulated industry environments Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education or related area required. Master's Degree preferred. Three (3) to five (5) related experience required including soft-skill curriculum development. Industry knowledge and sales training experience preferred.
