The Opportunity

We are looking for a

Graphic & Presentation Designer

who can transform ideas into visually compelling narratives across decks, print, digital, and campaign assets. This is

not

a junior production role. We need someone who can think strategically, design beautifully, and elevate the way our leadership communicates externally and internally.

You'll work closely with our leadership team and key stakeholders to build a unified visual expression of our mission while supporting a wide range of design needs, from high-stakes board decks to event invitations and campaign assets.

What You'll Do

Visual Storytelling & Deck Design Own the design of high-impact presentations for executive briefings, board meetings, donors, and campaign partners. Build and enhance compelling narratives through typography, layout, imagery, and data visualization. Brand & Creative Development

Produce polished digital and print assets for campaigns, events, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing initiatives. Ensure brand standards are upheld across all creative expressions, internal and external. Collaboration & Creative Partnership

Work hand-in-hand with writers, strategists, video teams, and external creative partners. Translate complex ideas into simple, visually strong communication pieces. Project Ownership

Manage multiple design priorities simultaneously, balancing rigor and speed. Receive and incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining a strong point of view held with humility. What You Bring

Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of real-world design experience - agency, brand studio, or similar high-performance environment A strong taste and a modern design sensibility (think big brand - Nike, Patagonia, Apple, etc.) Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency with Google Suite (for executive presentations) Strong visual systems thinking (typography, layout, composition, hierarchy) Understanding of the difference between "pretty slides" and visual communication that moves people to action Benefits
