Talent Space is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team for a prestigious Hotel/Casino client in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, NV. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of entertainment and hospitality, ensuring the highest quality in audio and visual productions.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities Run the daily technical operations from Client Facilities, ensuring all studio systems and equipment function at optimal performance. Maintain and service studio cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming infrastructure to meet broadcast and content standards. Operate as a broadcast technician during livestreams, managing real-time switching, overlays, and quality control. Partner with in-house production techs and the video producer to plan and execute content capture sessions. Edit and deliver final video content to creators, talent, agency, and internal teams for digital and social distribution. Create and implement visual overlays, lower-thirds, and on-screen graphics for livestreams and post-production. Design and produce simple motion graphics and marketing visuals to support studio content and promotional campaigns. Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, quality expectations, and technical specifications. Collaborate with the Content Operations Manager and cross-functional partners to support production scheduling and workflow efficiency. Perform other job-related duties as requested. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field (preferred). 2 years of experience in video production, broadcast operations, or live streaming. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent tools. Experience with live streaming software and hardware (OBS, vMix, Blackmagic ATEM, etc.). Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting, and audio production. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain technical systems under tight deadlines. Creative eye for framing, editing, and storytelling. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
