JOB SUMMARY
Instructional Designer - ERP Migration Project is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering learning content for Operations Support Associates and Customer Service Representatives during an ERP system migration project. Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop course design, delivery formats, and training materials.
Key Responsibilities Create and maintain instructional materials including courses, curriculum, student guides, training manuals, and system documentation for the new ERP system. Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to design and deliver training for teams within the Water Solutions and Services division. Use technical writing techniques to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language. Simplify complex information for non-technical audiences. Design content to optimize learning and simplify course offerings. Create visual, audio, and interactive learning content. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training, or Education preferred. Minimum 3 years of applicable work experience. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects. Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment. Agile mindset with flexibility and adaptability to changing project directions. Strong understanding of general business concepts and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe. Knowledge of the water industry. Experience with LMS content management and creation systems (e.g., Articulate 360). Prior experience as a trainer or similar role.
