KDZA Radio is a legendary classic hits station, proudly serving the Pueblo and Colorado Springs areas. As part of the Mountain Radio Group, we're committed to creating engaging and impactful advertising solutions for local businesses. We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated sales representative to help us grow our client base and drive revenue through creative radio advertising packages.

What You’ll Do: **
Generate new business by selling advertising space on KDZA Radio to local businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, assisting them in growing their advertising reach.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized advertising packages that meet client needs.
Use CRM tools to track sales activities, opportunities, and results.

What We’re Looking For: **

Proven Sales Experience ** : Ideally in advertising or media sales.
**
Self-Starter ** : A highly motivated, independent individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**
Goal-Oriented ** : A relentless drive to meet or exceed sales targets and earn commissions.
**
Local Knowledge ** : Familiarity with the Pueblo and Colorado Springs business landscapes is a plus.

Persistence & Resilience **: Ability to thrive in a commission-only role, handling rejection and staying focused on long-term results.

Creative Thinker ** : A knack for understanding customer needs and providing creative solutions.
