Express Employment Professionals is seeking a talented and experienced
Graphic & Web Designer
to join a fast-paced, full-service marketing environment. This role involves producing high-quality creative across multiple platforms, including
branding, print, digital marketing, websites, and social media . The ideal candidate has a strong design aesthetic, a problem-solving mindset, and the technical skills to take a project from concept through completion.
This is a full-time,
on-site
position.
Remote work is not available. Key Responsibilities: Design for a variety of media, including print, digital, email, social, and large-format signage Develop and maintain responsive websites in WordPress using Elementor Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define creative goals and deliverables Troubleshoot and resolve basic hosting, DNS, and technical web issues Create visually compelling content while adhering to brand guidelines and creative briefs Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high standard of quality Interpret creative direction, provide input, and accept feedback professionally Contribute to overall creative strategy and client communications Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget Maintain structured file organization and version control Qualifications: 4+ years of graphic design experience
in an agency or in-house creative team Strong proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Advanced skills in
WordPress web design , including Elementor Understanding of
web hosting setup, cPanel,
and
basic DNS Ability to create strategic, user-friendly website layouts and navigation Strong communication skills, including client interaction and presentation Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines Bonus: Experience with
UX design principles
or front-end/back-end development Who You Are: Passionate about visual design, branding, and user experience Eager to create work that's visible, valued, and impactful Comfortable balancing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Independent, yet collaborative - you can lead projects and contribute to a team Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Detail-focused with a high level of ownership over your work Three
