We are seeking an experienced

Instructional Design Specialist

to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role designs and develops engaging e-learning and blended learning content, translates system and workflow updates into clear training materials, and supports user acceptance testing (UAT). The specialist will collaborate with TA leaders and subject matter experts, apply adult learning principles, and deliver high-quality training solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design and develop e-learning and blended learning content and ensure future accessibility of training materials.

- Monitor content for consistency, accuracy, clarity, ease-of-navigation and evolving best practices for user experience and interface.

- Design and develop ongoing training materials for system enhancements, releases, initiatives, and workflows.

- Consult with internal stakeholders to identify new requirements and strategies.

- Capture and diagram workflow processes.

- Adjust throughout the project to ensure the successful attainment of the learning and training objectives.

- Manage the development and refinement of data tracking processes.

- Public speaking experience with the ability to deliver engaging content to small and large audiences across multiple formats (e.g., virtual sessions, video, and other digital platforms).

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate training content and ensure alignment with functional system requirements.

- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Minimum 3 (three) years of experience applying adult education principles in instructional design.

- At least 3 (three) years of experience designing curriculum, e-learning modules, and training materials for higher education or professional audiences.

- Proficiency with instructional design tools (Articulate 360 preferred).

- Proficiency with eLearning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Portfolio or sample work demonstrating instructional design capabilities (preferred).
